~How to Place Your Order~

Use the New Member Form provided (located under the about us tab) to inform us about about any symptoms or issues you intend to treat with cannabis. Include any allergies, preferences of color, smell, taste, density, method of cultivation, etc you have a specific preference for.  Please complete the entire form to assist us in finding the best products for your needs!

Let us know if you prefer Indica, Sativa or Hybrid strains. Let us know if you need to avoid any of those types of products as well.

Upload, Text or email us a CLEAR, COMPLETE Photo of Your IDs

Please  upload in the New Member Form or send us a CLEAR, COMPLETE photo of your ID and your MMJ card or doctor's recommendation if you have one.  The photo must have ALL information visible and it must be an original document. Doctor's recs must be verifiable online. There are different limits for medical card holders vs recreational users of cannabis in the state of Nevada.

If you can't upload the photos, please text or email them to us!

 

If you do not have a medical card, please send us a copy of TWO forms of Identification. This is for the safely and security of all involved.  Additional forms of ID that will be accepted include passport, Military ID, and any ID issued by a state or federal government agency.

You may call or text your order to us when you know what you'd like (text is usually the fastest way and email is the slowest way, generally). If you have any questions we recommend you ask before you send you order. We are happy to help you find the best products for your needs, and to do that we need to determine what your situation involves.  For fastest response send us a text.

Please be prompt with your replies so we can help you in a timely manner.

 

Our drivers will deliver your order within 60-90 minutes in most cases. However, high traffic volume and high order volume may cause a delay. We will always do our best to let you know if there is a delay. Please inform us before you place your order if you have a specific time constraint so we can determine if we can deliver to you within your

time frame!!!!!

We do accept pre-orders and scheduled deliveries! Schedule it for another day or later in the day for your convenience!

Be as specific as possible when ordering.  Instead of using words like "strong, dank, top shelf", as these are really preferences and not science, please tell us exactly what you want! These words generally mean you want something of high quality, but since that idea varies from person to person we'd rather you tell us if you want indoor, a strain with at least 20% THC, etc so we can help you find what you're looking for!

To use bitcoin or other cryptocurrency, please be sure you have the correct value of BTC or other crypto available in your BTC wallet.  You must have a bitcoin account on your phone or the printed bitcoin wallet with proper funds before delivery. Please inform of us of which method you will use when you place your order! Coinbase is an online source where you can purchase bitcoin with your credit card.

 

1.   Ask us for a QR code to be sent to you for the type of crypto you are using and transfer the amount due to your driver over the phone with the office personnel when you place your order (it can take several minutes for a transaction to process).

2.   Once your transaction has been approved through the app, the driver will give you the order.

Crypto transactions are usually very quick but depending on the BTC servers it can take several minutes for a confirmation. If you'd like to make your delivery quick,  scan our BTC QR code and send your BTC at the time of your order. When the driver arrives, show your ID and completed transaction and the driver will give you the order.
